RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. If 30 days have passed after your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
POLICY ON RETURNS
- Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date of your merchandise.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. (If the problem is our fault, such as damage or the wrong goods being shipped, there will be no restocking fee.)
- The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We have the right to amend these terms at any time without notice if we believe it is necessary, and we reserve the right to make final decisions in disputes between our two parties.
- Everything you buy at TeeMatchKicks is a one-of-a-kind, custom-made item that is printed exclusively for you. As a result, all products will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. There will be no restocking fee if you need to swap something.
POLICY ON REFUNDS
All orders placed on our website are subject to the following terms and restrictions. We have the right to change these conditions at any time without notice if we think it essential, and we reserve the right to make final judgments concerning disputes between our two parties at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- After you’ve completed an order’s checkout, you may change the information by emailing us at [email protected] within 02 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 02 hours, it will be sent to production, and you will forfeit your right to amend or cancel the purchase.
- After an order has been successfully completed, the design of personalized products cannot be changed.
- Because of the item quantity in a discounted order and the product type of your purchase, you cannot modify the color or size of your ordered item unless the adjustment results in a price change for the final item.
- The item quantity in a discounted order, as well as the order’s product category, cannot be changed. If you require these adjustments, please contact us to cancel the order, following which you may make a new purchase with the changes.
(*) Please keep in mind that if you cancel your order within 2 hours of it being placed, you will be charged the full payment amount, which is non-refundable.
- All of our artworks, which are created and overseen by a professional design team, are customized to our clients’ preferences.
- Customers can call their carrier (e.g., USPS/ UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for precise delivery information, including GPS position.
- We want you to be pleased with the services we deliver. Don’t worry if your goods is damaged or not as stated. Simply shoot us an email at [email protected], and we’ll make things right by sending you a replacement or refund.
- Any unsuccessful deliveries owing to customer errors on shipping addresses or unavailability, any product loss due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers acknowledge that the order is delivered) are not eligible for return and reimbursement. We will not issue a refund if you REFUSE to accept it.
FULLY REFUND
Unless there is a serious problem with the item you received, we do not replace or refund items. This is owing to concerns about cleanliness and the fact that our items are custom-made.
* If your order meets the criteria specified below, we will issue a full refund (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee) or replace it.
* Your order has a problem with poor quality. Please keep in mind that any claims for quality concerns or garment flaws must be made within 07 business days of arrival, with full proof as follows:
- Photographs of any quality faults or broken pieces of the actual goods received;
- Photo(s) of the incorrectly delivered goods (in the case of an improper color/design from the initial order);
- Photo(s) of the size tag as well as the full item when measured with a ruler (in case of an inaccurate size from the original order);
- Original shipping label photo(s) of the merchandise received.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. To exchange, send an email to [email protected] with your reason for exchanging, as well as your new size and color requests. The design must be the same in both exchanges. All exchanges came with a packing slip. Please specify the size you want, as well as any further information. If a product has been washed, worn, or has been on the shelf for more than 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Any product with a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship once we receive your exchange. Reshipping any goods with a handling time of 4-7 days might take up to 6-10 business days.
The customer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping for all international exchanges.
